Cinnamon Sinsation


I have been enjoying a new cold brew recipe I thought I would pass along to add to your cold brew repertoire ūüĎĆ. I call it:¬†

Cinnamon Sinsation 

(and yes that is my best attempt at a pun . . . I didn't spell sensation wrongūüėĀ)

For 32oz Filter:

- Fill Filter roughly 3/4 of the way with course grounds of your favorite coffee

- Add 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 

- Add 3-4 tablespoons of dark brown sugar

- Place filter in a mason jar, put the lid on and shake to stir up the goodies 

- Remove lid and filter water through the grounds to fill up mason jar

- Screw the lid back on and stash in the fridge (or counter top) for 12-24 hours

- Pour over ice and add a dash of cream, half and half or milk to top it off

 

For Cold Brew On Tap: 

- Fill Filter roughly 3/4 of the way with course grounds of your favorite coffee

- Add 5 tsp. ground cinnamon 

- Add 12-16 tablespoons of dark brown sugar

- Place filter in the jar and filter water through the grounds to fill up mason jar 

- Latch lid and stash in the fridge (or counter top) for 12-24 hours

- Pour over ice and add a dash of cream, half and half or milk to top it off

 

For 64oz Filter: 

- Fill Filter roughly 3/4 of the way with course grounds of your favorite coffee

- Add 1-2 tsp. ground cinnamon 

- Add 3-4 tablespoons of dark brown sugar

- Place filter in a mason jar, put the lid on and shake to stir up the goodies 

- Remove lid and filter water through the grounds to fill up mason jar

- Screw the lid back on and stash in the fridge (or counter top) for 12-24 hours

- Pour over ice and add a dash of cream, half and half or milk to top it off
